复杂环境中土层锚杆表面锈蚀的电化学特征

【摘要】 锚杆锈蚀直接影响岩土工程的长期稳定性,检测判断锚杆表面锈蚀情况对评估岩土工程稳定性有一定的参考价值。本文采用自主设计的室内电化学检测系统对锚杆表面锈蚀过程进行检测。研究了锚杆表面锈蚀过程中的电化学交流阻抗谱的变化,分析了锚杆在不同土体环境、不同频段中的总阻抗均值的变化规律。实验结果表明:随着实验时间的延续,酸性土体环境中锚杆的总阻抗呈现持续增长的趋势,锚杆表面发生锈蚀较快;碱性土体环境中锚杆的总阻抗增长平缓;相较于前两种环境,中性土体环境中,锚杆表面锈蚀起始时间较晚。因此,电化学阻抗对锚杆表面锈蚀状况反应敏感,电化学阻抗谱法可以作为一种判断锚杆表面锈蚀情况的检测手段。

【Abstract】 As is know to all,the corrosion of anchors directly affects the long-term stability of rock and soil engineering.Therefore,the detection and judgement of the surface corrosion can be consult for evaluating the stability of geotechnical engineering.In this paper,the corrosion process of anchor surface is tested by using the indoor electrochemical detection system with independent design.During the process of corrosion,the changes of electrochemical impedance spectroscopy are studied.And in different soil environment and different frequency bands,the change rules of the mean value of total impedance are analyzed.According to the tests,the total impedance of the anchors shows a trend of continuous growth in the acidic environment,besides,its surface corrodes faster with the extension of experimental time;In an alkaline environment,the total impedance increases slowly.Compared with the above,its corrosion starts lately in the neutral soil.From the tests which have been done,it is not difficult to find that the electrochemical impedance is sensitive to the corrosion of anchors,and this method can be used to determine the corrosion of anchors’ surface.
