【摘要】 总结国医大师刘尚义治疗膜病的经验。临证根据"肺主皮毛"的理论,从肺论治,注重风药的运用。在治疗中善用"消、托、补"三法,疾病初期消法为主、疾病中期消托并用、疾病后期托补为主。常根据病位的不同运用引经药物,引邪外出,使邪有出路,且善用养阴药物阴中求阳。膜病日久,风痰瘀毒混处络中,常以虫类药物搜剔经络。更多还原

【Abstract】 The author summarized the experience of LIU Shangyi,a traditional Chinese medical master,in treating mucosal disease. According to the theory of "lung governs skin and hair",Prof. LIU emphasizes to using wind herb-medicines and treats mucosal disease from the lung. In the treatment,Prof. LIU is good at using three methods of "dispelling,supporting and tonifying"to let out pathogenic factors. He often uses guiding drugs according to different disease location. He also is good at using nourishing Yin drugs to reinforce Yang from Yin. Mucosal disease after many days,wind,phlegm,stasis and toxin mix in collaterals,he often uses insect drugs to dredge main and collateral channels.更多还原
