【摘要】 目的观察葛根芩连汤联合心理干预对腹泻型肠易激综合征(IBS)的临床疗效。方法 86例门诊患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组服用葛根芩连汤加减,对照组服用葛根芩连汤同时给予患者认知疗法、催眠疗法、生物反馈疗法、系统脱敏疗法等心理干预。结果两组有效率分别为75.61%,92.85%,治疗后症候改善积分比较P<0.01。结论在IBS药物治疗的同时,重视患者的情绪状况,配合心理干预,症状缓解明显,安全有效,生活质量提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of Gegen Qinlian decoction combined with psychological intervention in the treat-ment of diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome(IBS). Methods 86 cases of clinic patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group took modified Gegen Qinlian decoction. The observation group was given Gegen Qinlian decoc-tion, hypnosis, biofeedback therapy, systematic desensitization therapy and psychological intervention. Results The effective rate of the two groups was 75.61% and 92.85%, respectively. The improvement on symptoms integral after treatment was compared( P <0.01). Conclusion Under medications, paying attention to the patient’s emotional state, with the psychological intervention, the symptoms relieved obviously, which is safe and effective, and can improve the quality of life.更多还原
