【摘要】 目的探讨重症医学科(ICU)患者肺部感染的发病特征与中医诊治思维。方法收集我院ICU近2年来合并肺部感染的患者183例,对患者的合并症和并发症进行分析汇总,探讨其发病特征,探索中医临证时的诊治思路,为重症患者中医治疗思路的拓展,提供依据。结果入住ICU的肺部感染患者往往病情复杂,变化多端,容易出现多种并发症。结论ICU肺部感染患者多由内生诸邪起病,容易耗损气血,出现元气衰竭,引发多种变症。一些现代治疗手段具有辅助恢复肺脏功能的作用,值得借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the characteristic and TCM diagnosis and treatment thinking of intensive care medicine(ICU) pa-tients with pulmonary infection disease. Methods 183 cases ICU patients with pulmonary infection in almost 2 years were collected.The pulmonary infection in patients with comorbidities and complications was analyzed. Its characteristics were discussed. The diag-nosis and treatment of TCM in clinical thinking was explored, which provided basis for traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of severe patients. Results Pulmonary infection in ICU patients’ condition is complex, often change multiterminal, and prone to a va-riety of complications. Conclusion Most of ICU patients with pulmonary infection is due to a variety of endogenous pathogens, the pathogen easy to damage the body, qi and blood, energy attenuation and leakage, and caused all sorts of change. Some modern treat-ments have the function of the lung function restoration, and are worth using for reference.更多还原
