【摘要】 目的探讨中西医结合防治人工流产后月经失调的临床疗效。方法将因人工流产后签署知情同意的120例患者纳入研究并分组。对照组60例患者采用妈富隆治疗,观察组60例则联合中药汤剂治疗,比较两组患者术后阴道出血时间、出血量,月经不调发生率,生活质量(QOL-C30量表)及不良反应情况;比较两组临床疗效差异。结果观察组阴道出血时间和月经复潮时间更短,出血量更少,生活质量则更高,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;不良反应均以恶心呕吐及乳胀为主,观察组总发生率6.67%,低于对照组,P<0.05。结论中西医结合可有效防治人流后月经失调,提高生活质量,减少不良反应,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effect of integrated medicine in the prevention and treatment of menstrual disorders af-ter induced abortion. Methods 120 cases of patients with menstrual disorders after induced abortion signed informed consent were randomized into the observation group and control group. The control group of 60 cases used Marvelon. The observation group of 60 cases used Marvelon and Chinese medicine. The postoperative vaginal bleeding time, blood loss, incidence of menstruation, quality of life(QOL)-C30 scales, adverse reactions and the clinical curative effect of the two groups were compared. Results The observation group had shorter vaginal bleeding menstrual period and menstrual cycle, less bleeding and high quality of life, and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0.05). Adverse reactions were mainly nausea, vomiting and breast distension, the total incidence rate of the observation group was 6.67% which was lower than that of the control group( P < 0.05). Conclusion Combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine can effectively prevent and cure menstrual disorders after induced abortion, improve the quality of life, reduce the adverse reactions, which was worth promoting.更多还原
