【Abstract】 Hypothyroidism is caused by various reasons due to insufficiency of thyroid hormone secretion of an endocrine disease.The author followed mentor for many years, and formed their own experience in the treatment of hypothyroidism. This paper intro-duced the etiology and pathogenesis of hypothyroidism, the diagnosis and treatment. "Stasis bulge" is one of the hypothyroidism syn-dromes, which is refers to the whole body swell and swollen, the face and hands are the most obvious since morning, and to empha-size "Yuzhang decoction" in the treatment of hypothyroidism has obvious therapeutic effect.
