【摘要】 目的分析中西医结合应用于早期糖尿病肾病治疗的效果。方法将2015年9月—2016年1月收治早期糖尿病肾病患者作为研究对象,分为对照组、观察组各50例。对照组用西医治疗,观察组用中西医结合治疗。对比两组患者经不同方案治疗后临床疗效以及相关肾功能指标的改善情况差异。结果临床疗效方面、肾功能方面对比差异显著,差异有统计学方面意义(P<0.05)。结论应用中西医结合方案治疗早期糖尿病肾病患者的价值突出,临床疗效高且对患者肾功能有良好影响,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect of therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy. Methods From September 2015 to January 2016, early diabetic nephropathy patients were selected as research subjects, and they were divided into observation group of 50 cases and control group of 50 cases. The control group used Western medicine treatment. The observa-tion group was treated with therapy of integrated medicine. The therapeutic effect of different regimens and improvement indexes of renal function were compared. Results The difference on clinical effect and renal function between the two groups had statistical sig-nificance( P <0.05). Conclusion The therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy had highlight value, high clinical effect and good effect on renal function, and is worthy of promotion.更多还原
