【摘要】 糖尿病心脏自主神经病变(DCAN)是糖尿病常见的并发症之一,导致本病的原因,主要是由于消渴病日久不愈,引起的阴阳失调,脏腑功能紊乱,气血津液代谢障碍,脉络瘀阻等逐渐累及心脏所致。治疗上应当采用辨病和辩证相结合的原则,既重视分型论治,也可采用专方专药。另外,中医特色疗法在改善糖尿病自主神经病变症状方面也具有较好疗效。随着研究深入和对治疗方法的不断探索,中医药在治疗DCAN方面必将发挥越来越重要的作用。更多还原
