【摘要】 目的观察透灸法治疗寒湿痹阻型膝骨性关节炎的疗效。方法 2014年12月—2015年9月,将60例寒湿痹阻型膝骨性关节炎患者随机均分成治疗组、对照组,治疗组采用透灸法联合针刺,对照组只予以传统针灸治疗,运用VAS、Lequesne指数在治疗前、治疗后进行疗效评估。结果治疗组有效率96.67%,对照组有效率73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后组间VAS、Lequesne指数差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论透灸法治疗寒湿痹阻型膝骨性关节炎疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effect of penetrating moxibustion in treating knee osteoarthritis of blockade of cold-dampness.Methods 60 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis of blockade of cold-dampness from December 2014 to September 2015 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group used penetrating moxibustion combined with acupuncture and moxibus-tion. The control group was given acupuncture and moxibustion. The VAS and Lequesne index were used to evaluate curative effect before and after treatment. Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%, the effective rate of the control group was 73.33%, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The difference on VAS and Lequesne index between groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The penetrating moxibustion in treating knee osteoarthritis of blockade of cold-dampness had significantly curative effect.更多还原
