【摘要】 目的观察糖心络宁合剂治疗糖尿病心脏自主神经病变的临床疗效。方法筛选80例糖尿病心脏自主神经病变患者,随机分为治疗组40例及对照组40例,2组均予控制饮食和降糖药物治疗,治疗组予糖心络宁合剂口服,对照组予甲钴胺片口服,2周为1个疗程,疗程8周,观察治疗首末两组病例症状,心率变异性指标。结果治疗组总有效率87.50%,对照组总有效率42.50%,差异有统计学意义,治疗组心率变异性改善优于对照组。结论糖心络宁合剂治疗2型糖尿病心脏自主神经病变有一定疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of Tangxin Luoning mixture in the treatment of diabetic cardiac autonomic neu-ropathy. Methods 80 cases of diabetic cardiac autonomic nervous disease were randomly divided into treatment group of 40 cases and control group of 40 cases. The two groups were given control diet and hypoglycemic drug treatment. The treatment group was treated with oral Tangxin Luoning mixture. The control group was given oral Mecobalamin tablets. 2 weeks was a course of treatment.After 8 weeks of treatment, clinical symptoms and heart rate variability index were observed. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.50%, the total effective rate of the control group was 42.50%, the difference was statistically significant, and the improvement of heart rate variability of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion Tangxin Luoning mixture in the treatment of type 2 diabetic cardiac autonomic neuropathy has certain effect.更多还原
