【摘要】 目的探讨岭南名家黄枫教授治疗骨伤科疾病的临床经验。方法以治疗急性腰扭伤为例,归纳总结黄枫教授治疗骨伤科疾病的特点。结果与结论黄枫教授治疗骨伤科疾病富有岭南特色。他重视手法理伤,强调巧劲;重视传统的传承,不忘创新;重视"瘀"与"虚"这两大病机关键,强调标本兼顾、辩证论治;善用岭南本土中药材;临床疗效显著。学习其经验,有助于指导中医骨伤科临床实践。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical experience of Professor Huang Feng of Lingnan traditional Chinese orthopedics and traumatology expert in the treatment of orthopedic disease. Methods Taking the acute lumbar sprain as an example, characteristics of Professor Huang Feng in the treatment of orthopedic disease was summarized. Results and Conclusion Professor Huang Feng in the treatment of orthopedic disease had characteristics of Lingnan medicine. He paid attention to manipulation and dexterity, inheritance and innovation, seized the pathogenesis key of stasis and deficiency, attached importance to treatment based on syndrome differentia-tion, and addressed both primary and secondary symptoms. He made good use of Lingnan local Chinese herbal medicine, and ob-tained good curative effect. Learning his experiences is helpul for guiding clinical practice of traditional Chinese orthopedics and trau-matology.更多还原
