基于住院医师规范化培训的中医硕士研究生考核方法探讨

【摘要】为弥补中医硕士研究生培养体系中考核部分的不足,促进中医硕士研究生教学质量的提高,我院将住院医师规范化培训的考核体系引入到研究生教学考核体系内。经过临床轮转培训中的日常考核、阶段考核、综合考核等考核方式及公共课培训的系列考核,显著提高了中医硕士研究生的临床技能和基础知识水平,促进研究生整体素质的提高,为其之后的临床执业能力奠定了基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to remedy TCM postgraduate’s limitation of examination and to improve the quality of teaching, we introduced the examination method of the standardized training of residents into TCM postgraduate’s teaching. By daily examination, phase examination, comprehensive examination in clinical rotation training examination and comprehensive examination in public subject ’s serial examination, their clinic skills, basal knowledge levels and overall quality were improved by examination of clinical rotation trainings and public subjects’ trainings, and they have a firm foundation in their future clinical ability.更多还原
