【摘要】 目的观察二术汤加味治疗菌群失调相关性腹泻的临床疗效。方法将120例门诊及住院收治的菌群失调相关性腹泻的患者随机分成治疗组和对照组两组,每组60例,治疗组用二术汤加味汤剂口服,一日一剂,3天为一个疗程;对照组用双歧杆菌、蒙脱石散治疗。结果二术汤加味治疗组疗效明显优于双歧杆菌、蒙脱石散对照组(P<0.05)。结论二术汤加味治疗菌群失调相关性腹泻疗效高、副作用少、复发率低,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of the modified Erzhu decoction in the treatment of dysbacteriosis cid-as-sociated diarrhea. Methods 120 cases of outpatient and hospitalization with dysbacteriosis cid-associated diarrhea patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. The treatment group took orally Erzhu decoction one dose a day, 3 days for a period of treatment. The control group was treated with bifidobacterium and montmorillonite powder.Results The curative effect of the treatment group was obviously better than that of the control group( P<0.05). Conclusion The modified Erzhu decoction in the treatment of dysbacteriosis cid-associated diarrhea has high curative effect, less side effects and low recurrence rate, and is worthy of clinical promotion.更多还原
