基于问卷调查探讨西医院校留学生中医英语教学改革

【摘要】 目的探索西医院校留学生中医英语教学改革措施。方法对112名留学生进行问卷调查,并结合学生的访谈,以及近三年试卷分析,对留学生在《中医学》学习中存在难点、兴趣点,以及授课、课程设置等问题进行评价。结果发现教材中国际标准化针灸经穴命名法难以记忆,直接影响学习效果,是亟待解决的问题。学生因针灸是有创治疗,难掌握。虽然认为针灸更有助于临床但对按摩却表现出更大的兴趣。应该采取更加有效的教学方法。结论改革教材中现有针灸经穴名称的翻译方法;增加针灸实习课时以及中医文化的讲授;改进教学方法是重要的改革措施。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the education reform of traditional Chinese medicine for foreign students in Western medical uni-versity. Methods 112 foreign students conducted a questionnaire survey, combined with the interview and papers analysis in the last three years, and we assessed the difficulties and interests in traditional Chinese medicine. Results The existing international standardized acupuncture name is not conducive to the students ’ memory master, and directly affects the students’ interest in learning. Although acupuncture is believed more helpful than massage to clinical practice, it is difficult to master, so it has shown less interest.More effective teaching methods should be taken. Conclusion The existing acupuncture name translation methods should be re-formed. More acupuncture practice opportunities and Chinese culture teaching, more advanced teaching method will be key factors to improve the teaching effects.
