【Abstract】 Traditional Chinese medicine has thousands of years of history in China. With the reform of medical system, the applied talents of traditional Chinese medicine are very scarce. This paper analyzed the problems of the personnel training of traditional Chi-nese medicine, and put forward the cultivation of effective education mode-apprenticeship education model. From its general situation,characteristics and some problems encountered in the process of implementation and the corresponding countermeasures, the applica-tion of Chinese medicine personnel training was discussed.更多还原
