【摘要】 目的观察补肾活血、祛湿通络法治疗骨折术后骨质疏松的临床疗效。方法选择唐山市中医医院骨科病区符合纳入标准的骨折术后骨质疏松患者96例,随机分成三组,分为对照1组32例(骨折术后无抗骨质疏松药物治疗);对照2组32例(骨折术后应用阿仑磷酸钠70 mg口服1/周);治疗组32例(骨折术后应用阿仑磷酸钠70 mg口服1/周,再配合补肾活血、祛湿通络法中药方药);治疗3个月。采用临床观察表的形式记录研究。骨折术后均出现不同程度骨质疏松,以影像学变化为主。比较三组患者住院时间、骨折愈合时间、抗骨质疏松治疗后的骨密度(影像学测定:周围型)情况,中医症候变化对比。收集数据后进行统计学分析,进行疗效对比。结果治疗后住院时间、骨折愈合时间、抗骨质疏松治疗后的骨密度(影像学测定:周围型)情况,治疗组疗效均好于对照组,P<0.05。治疗过程中未见明显的毒副作用及不良反应。结论应用补肾活血、祛湿通络法治疗骨折术后骨质疏松有较好的疗效,有较好的安全性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of nourishing kidney for activating blood circulation and eliminating dampness for removing obstruction in collaterals in the treatment of osteoporosis after fracture surgery. Methods 96 cases in orthopedic ward of Tangshan City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital met the inclusion criteria of osteoporotic fracture were randomly di-vided into control group of 32 patients(fracture patients without anti-osteoporosis drug therapy), control 2 group of 32 patients(fracture postoperative oral alendronate sodium 70 mg / week) and treatment group of 32 patients(fracture postoperative oral alendronate sodium 70 mg / week, and coupled with the kidney and blood, dampness and dredging collaterals prescription medicine). After 3months’ treatment, the research was recorded by clinical observation table. Fracture surgery is different degrees of osteoporosis, main-ly to imaging changes. The hospitalized time, fracture healing time, anti-osteoporosis bone density after treatment(imaging determination: peripheral), the TCM symptoms change were compared. After collecting data for statistical analysis, the effect was compared.Results After treatment, hospitalization time, fracture healing time, bone mineral density(measured imaging: peripheral type), antiosteoporosis treatment cases of the treatment group were better than those of the control group, P <0.05. There were no significant side effects and adverse reactions. Conclusion The nourishing kidney for activating blood circulation and eliminating dampness for removing obstruction in collaterals in the treatment of osteoporosis after fracture surgery has good effect, and has better security.更多还原
