动载作用下的混凝土水力劈裂试验研究
Experimental Study on Hydraulic Fracturing of Concrete Under Dynamic Loading
【摘要】 针对现有水力劈裂试验中密封装置采用环氧树脂胶存在的密封强度不够、密封装置改变了混凝土材料力学参数的缺点,研发了一种新型的密封装置。密封装置由夹板、夹子和硅胶板3部分组成,其中硅胶板延展性较好,可适应较大的水压变形。首先进行有无密封装置的对比试验,论证了新型密封装置对混凝土断裂参数的改变较小;然后进行不同加载速率下的水力劈裂试验,得到了裂缝扩展路径上的水压分布规律。结果表明,CMOD相同时动载作用下裂缝扩展路径上相同位置的水压较静载时要小。
【Abstract】 In hydraulic fracturing experiments,the conventional sealing device don’ t have insufficient sealing strength by using epoxy,and the application of sealing device has indeed changed the parameters of the specimen,a new sealing device was developed in this paper. The new sealing means consists of three parts,including plywood,clips and silicone plates which malleable to accommodate large deformation. The test of the specimens with sealing device or not were all conducted,it was observed,their parameter were substantially the same. The hydraulic fracturing experiments under different loading rates were conducted,and the water pressure distribution on the crack propagation path was obtained. It was found that,in the conditions of same crack mouth opening displacement( CMOD),the water pressure under the dynamic load was smaller than that under static load on the same position of the crack propagation path.
