汽车铸钢桥壳V法铸造工艺的研究
V-method Casting Process for Automobile Cast Steel Axle Housing
【摘要】 为了实现重型货车轻量化,节省材料,降低运输成本,节能减排。通过对铸钢桥壳法兰面朝下的V法铸造工艺方法和法兰面朝上的V法铸造工艺方法的进行对比,结果表明:法兰面朝上的铸件外观轮廓清晰,尺寸精度高,表面没有气孔、夹渣、粘砂等铸造缺陷,铸件内部也无缺陷;法兰面朝下的铸件内浇道处有缩松、桥体处有缩孔,贯通孔内腔处存在少许表皮气孔;通过拉伸试验及布氏硬度测试,法兰面朝上铸件的力学性能指标都符合汽车铸钢桥壳的技术要求。表明用法兰面朝上的V法铸造工艺方法能够达到材料的力学性能及品质要求。
【Abstract】 In order to realize the heavy truck lightweight, save material, reduce transportation costs, two V-method casting processes of flange face up and flange face down for cast steel axle housing were compared. The results show that, using the flange facing up process, the appearance of casting contour is clear, dimensional accuracy high, there is no surface porosity, slag, sticky sand and other casting defects, casting internal is no defect. Using the flange face down process, there is shrinkage at the gate, the bridge has shrinkage, there is a little hole through the stomata of the chamber. The mechanical properties of the casting cast steel axle housing in the flange facing up process are in line with the technical requirements of automotive cast steel axle housing.
