A104合金凝固组织的计算机模拟与验证
Computer Simulation and Verification of Solidification Structure of A104 Alloy
【摘要】 采用有限元和元胞自动机法(CA-FE)对A104合金在不同浇注温度下的凝固组织进行了计算机模拟。结果表明,浇注温度分别为630、660和720℃时的合金铸件横截面外边缘都主要为柱状晶形态,而心部主要为等轴晶形态。浇注温度为630℃时的柱状晶比例和等轴晶粒尺寸最小,而浇注温度为720℃时的柱状晶比例和等轴晶粒尺寸最大。随着浇注温度的升高,柱状晶比例和平均晶粒尺寸都呈现为逐渐增加的趋势。采用耦合CA-FE模型模拟得到的结果与试验结果具有较好的一致性。
【Abstract】 The solidification microstructure of A104 alloy under different pouring temperature was simulated using finite element and cellular automaton method. The results show that the cross section of the edge of the alloy under the pouring temperature of 630, 660 and 720 ℃ are mainly columnar crystals, and the core is mainly equiaxed shape. When the pouring temperature is 630 ℃, the columnar crystal proportion and equiaxed grain size are minimum; when the pouring temperature is 720 ℃, the columnar crystal proportion together with equiaxed grain size are maximum. With the increase of pouring temperature, the proportion of columnar grain and the average grain size obtained by experiment and computer simulation increase gradually. The results obtained from the coupled CA-FE model simulation are in good agreement with the experimental results.
