Q345D钢坯裂纹缺陷分析
Analysis on Crack Defects in Q345D Steel Billet
【摘要】 对某公司出厂的圆形钢坯进行超声波探伤时发现裂纹缺陷,通过X射线探伤分析、化学成分分析、微观断口形貌观察、低倍组织分析、金相组织及夹杂分析,对该钢坯进行了裂纹缺陷分析。结果表明,脆性夹杂是钢坯形成微裂纹的主要原因,另外,基体组织中的珠光体偏析条带为这种脆性微裂纹的产生提供了有利条件。
【Abstract】 The crack defects of a factory round billet of Q345 D steel were detected and studied by ultrasonic testing, X-ray detection analysis, chemical analysis, fracture morphology analysis, macrostructure analysis, and inclusions analysis. The results show that the main reason for the formation of micro cracks is brittle inclusions, in addition, the pearlite segregation bands in matrix structure provide favorable conditions for the formation of the brittle micro-cracks.
