合金舱体内腔毛糙化喷丸处理
Roughened Treatment on Alloy Compartment by Shot Peening
【摘要】 通过选取合适的喷丸工艺方案和参数,确定喷丸喷射方式、喷丸磨料、喷丸压力及喷射角度,设计专用工装以保护不允许进行喷丸处理的表面及连接处,设计专用喷射装置确保细长筒体内部喷射效果一致。处理后内腔表面辐射率降低为0.4 W·m-2·s·r-1球面度,满足要求。对合金舱体内腔表面采用毛糙化喷丸处理,处理后毛糙化程度较高且表面均匀,能有效减少表面辐射率,不影响工件几何尺寸。
【Abstract】 By selecting suitable technical method and parameters, dedicated auxiliary devices, ejector devices were designed, and the special equipments were used to protect the joint position between the treating surface and un-treating surface to ensure the inner uniform surface quality of slender cylinder. The results show that the radiance rate of the inner surface of the alloy compartment can reduce to 0.4 W·m-2·s·r-1. The surface of the alloy compartment by shot peening has a good and uniform roughened effect. The threated surface can reduce radiance effectively and met the experimental requirement.
