碱性酚醛树脂陶粒砂使用性能研究
Performance of Ester-cured Alkali Phenol Resin Ceramacore Sand
【摘要】 结合生产实际实验研究了用碱酚醛树脂作粘接剂、用陶粒砂(俗称宝珠砂)作原砂、生产铸钢件时的型砂性能。结果表明,此种型砂破碎率较高,吸湿性较强,强度较低,只有采取措施克服这些缺点,才能发挥其流动性好、耐火度高、发气量小等特长,从而生产出表面光洁的铸钢件。
【Abstract】 Connected with practical production of steel castings, the performance of moulding sand using ester cured alkali phenol resin as binder, ceramacore as base sand was studied. The results show that the mould sand has higher crushing rate, higher moisture absorption and lower strength. Only taking measures to eliminate these deficiencies, the speciality of good mobility, high refractoriness and small gas amount can be achieved to produce good quality steel castings with smooth surface.
