铝合金消失模铸造中型腔压力PLC控制研究
Research on PLC Control System of Cavity Pressure in EPC Casting Process of Aluminum Alloy
【摘要】 针对目前铝合金消失模铸造时产生大量的气孔问题,采取PLC控制铝合金消失模铸造型腔压力变化。介绍了铝合金消失模铸造的工艺流程,推导出型腔内泡沫模型分解的气体压力数学方程式。分析了气体压力对铸造过程中产品质量的影响。采取PLC控制系统控制铝合金消失模铸造压力变化,对压力变化追踪误差进行仿真,并与压力PD控制进行对比。结果表明:采取PLC控制系统不仅压力追踪误差比PD控制系统小,而且适应时间比PD控制系统短,能够对铸造过程中压力变化作出快速反应。铝合金消失模铸造压力PLC控制系统,能够减少铸件产生大量气孔现象,提高铸件表面质量,效果较好。
【Abstract】 In view of a large number of gas hole problem in present lost foam casting for aluminium alloy, PLC control was adopted to control the cavity pressure change in aluminium alloy lost foam castin, and compared with PD control system. The results show that the pressure tracking error in the adopted PLC control system is smaller than that in PD control system, and the adaptation time is shorter than that of PD control system, it is able to make quick response in the pressure change of casting process. The PLC pressure control system of aluminium alloy in lost foam casting can reduce the gas hole phenomenon in the castings, improve the quality of the casting surface, the effect is better.
