V和W对过共晶高铬铸铁显微组织和力学性能的影响
Effect of Vanadium and Tungsten on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Hypereutectic High Chromium Cast Iron
【摘要】 研究了V和W对过共晶高铬铸铁显微组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明:在过共晶高铬铸铁中单独加入02.0%V,共晶碳化物得到明显的细化,形成了V的碳化物V6C5,V含量的增加没有改变V的碳化物的类型。同时加入V和W后,形成了V6C5、W的碳化物以及Fe6W6C,V不同于Ti,V不能改变W的分布形态,也不能和W一起形成碳化物,对初生碳化物的细化效果不大。铸态和热处理态试样随着V含量的增加,基体的显微硬度值增大,同时加入V和W的试样最大,分别为646.48 HV和806.06 HV,洛氏硬度为64.17 HRC,而冲击韧度变化不大,没有出现明显的下降。
【Abstract】 The effects of vanadium and tungsten on the microstructure and mechanical properties of a hypereutectic high chromium cast iron were studied.The results indicate that adding 02.0% V into hypereutectic high chromium cast iron separately,eutectic carbides are refined obviously,and new phases V6C5 form.The increasing amount of V does not change the type of V carbide V6C5.W carbide and Fe6W6 C form after adding 2%V and 4.5%W simultaneously.Unlike Ti,V cannot change the distribution of W,and cannot form carbide with W.The microhardness of matrix increases with increasing V,while adding vanadium and tungsten simultaneously,the hardness of the samples is the highest(64.17 HRC) and the impact toughness has little variation.
