基于ProCAST的圆坯连铸凝固过程数值模拟
Simulation of Solidification Process of Continuous-casting Round Billet Based on ProCAST
【摘要】 圆坯连铸在凝固过程中极易产生裂纹,从而影响了铸坯的质量。以300 mm圆坯连铸为研究对象,运用ProCAST软件建立了一维传热数学模型,计算铸坯的温度场,模拟分析拉速、二冷水比量对铸坯表面温度的影响。模拟结果表明,拉速和二冷水比量对铸坯表面温度具有较大影响,生产中必须保持恒定的拉速和合适的二冷水比量,才能够有效避免铸坯裂纹的产生,得到优质的铸坯。
【Abstract】 Taking 300 mm continuous-casting round billet as research object, one-dimensional heat transfer mathematical model was established using ProCAST software to calculate the temperature field of billet and simulate the effect of the pull speed and the proportion of secondary cooling water on the surface temperature of casting slab. Simulation results show that the pull speed and the proportion of secondary cooling water have a great influence on slab surface temperature.In production, to maintain a constant pull speed and appropriate proportion of secondary cooling water can effectively avoid casting billet cracks, get high quality of casting billet.
