工程机械用2205双相钢的焊接工艺与热处理行为研究

【摘要】 对工程机械用2205双相钢板进行了非熔化极惰性气体钨极保护焊和热处理,研究了不同焊接工艺参数和热处理制度下焊接接头的焊缝组织、常温拉伸性能和慢应变应力腐蚀性能。结果表明:不同焊接工艺参数下焊接接头的抗拉强度和断后伸长率均低于母材,其中焊接电流100 A、焊接电压16 V、钨极直径3 mm、氩气流量17 L/min时,焊接接头的力学性能相对较高;在3.5%氯化钠溶液中,550℃×1 h热处理后Ar+2%N2保护气下的焊接接头的抗拉强度和断后伸长率高于Ar保护气氛下的焊接接头,且断裂时间也相对较长。

【Abstract】 The 2205 dual phase steel for construction machinery were welded by non consumable tungsten inert gas arc welding and heat-treated. The effect of welding process parameter and heat treatment process on the microstructure, room temperature tensile strength and slow-strain stress corrosion performance of the welding joints were studied. The results show that the tensile strength and elongation of the welding joints are lowers than that of 2205 dual phase steel, although the mechanical properties of the welding joint is relatively higher under the welding current of 100 A, the welding voltage of 16 V, the tungsten electrode diameter of 3 mm and the argon gas flow of 7 L/min. The tensile strength and elongation of the welding joints prepared in Ar+2%N2protective gas after heat-treated at 550 ℃ for 1 h in 3.5% NaCl solution is higher than that in Ar protective gas, and the cracking time in NaCl solution is relatively long.
