铸造工艺参数对高温合金液氧顶盖晶粒组织的影响
Effects of Casting Technological Parameters on Grain Structures of Superalloy Liquid Oxygen Roof
【摘要】 通过高温合金液氧顶盖细晶铸造工艺研究,在合金液浇注前的降温阶段给合金液施加一定的交变磁场,使得合金熔液可以达到较大的过冷度并保持良好的流动性,最终铸造出来的高温合金铸件组织为分布于整个铸造截面区域内的均匀细等轴晶组织,拉伸强度达到锻件的90%。
【Abstract】 By the investigation of fine grain casting technology for liquid oxygen roof, applying a certain alternating magnetic field in the melting alloy before pouring, significant supercooling degree could be gained and the favorable fluidity could be maintained in the melting alloy. As a result, intact castings were produced and homogeneous exquiaxed fine grains were generated all over the whole castings. The tensile strength reaches 90% of forgings.
