多元中锰球墨铸铁耐磨件的研制
Research on Wear Parts of Multivariate Medium Manganese Nodular Cast Iron
【摘要】 在中锰球墨铸铁中加入钒钛生铁,带入多种少量合金元素,在不提高生产成本的基础上起到微合金化作用,使材料组织和性能得到改善。主要介绍了其化学成分确定的方法与范围、球化处理和孕育处理工艺、铸造工艺特点和热处理工艺。
【Abstract】 The V-Ti pig iron was induced into medium manganese nodular cast iron, taking in a variety of micro-alloying elements, the structure and performances of the nodular cast iron was improved without increasing production cost. The determination and scope of chemical composition, the process of spheroidization and inoculation, the characteristics of casting process and heat treatment process were introduced detailed.
