WJ1210颚式破碎机动颚强度仿真分析
Finite Element Analysis of Moving Jaw of WJ1210 Jaw Crusher
【摘要】 针对WJ1210复杂摆动颚式破碎机的动颚部分,计算出了动颚齿板在工作过程中所受的最大破碎力值,并根据实际情况确定仿真分析中的受力分布情况。采用三维绘图软件CATIA建立几何模型作为有限元分析模型,再通过ABAQUS软件对其进行有限元分析计算,得到动颚的应力分布情况,以此为依据提出结构改进的建议,从而减轻质量降低成本,提高经济效益。
【Abstract】 For the moving jaw of WJ1210 complex swing jaw crusher,the biggest crushing force on the moving jaw in working process is calculated,and the force distribution in the simulation analysis is determined based on the real situation. A geometrical model is built in a three dimensional drawing software CATIA,then it is used to do a simulation analysis in ABAQUS in order to get the stress distribution on the moving jaw,and based on these results some structural improvements are presented for reducing weight and cost,increasing economic efficiency.
