HRB400热轧带肋钢筋生产新工艺
New technology for HRB400 hot rolled ribbed bar
【摘要】 介绍了辽阳市轧钢厂采用低碳钢或低合金钢坯作为原料,并采用控制轧制和轧后余热处理技术,生产HRB400热轧带肋钢筋的生产技术、冷却设备、钢筋性能及在生产过程中遇到的问题及解决办法。
【Abstract】 The production technology,cooling device and cooling process,rebar mechanical property,production problems and its solutions in HRB400 hot rolled ribbed bar development with low carbon steel or low alloyed steel were introduced.
