【摘要】 目的探讨半侧颜面短小患者颏部不对称畸形的治疗方法。方法自2010年8月到2015年9月,对14例半侧颜面短小患者进行术前影像学测量和术前设计,采用颏部水平截骨的方法,对偏斜的颏部予以矫正。结果患者均一期愈合,外形满意,术后均有不同程度下唇麻木,1~6个月内均自行恢复。结论正确的手术方法选择、精确的手术设计,可有效改善半侧颜面短小导致的颏部不对称畸形。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the surgical treatment of chin asymmetry in hemifacial microsomia. Methods From August 2010 to September 2015, 14 patients with hemifacial microsomia were enrolled. Preoperative measurement were done by using Uniweb Server, and all patients were performed genioplasty following accurate design to correct chin asymmetry.Results All incisions healed by first intension without severe complication. Good appearance was achieved. Lower lip numbness was observed and all back to normal after 1 month to half a year. Conclusion The right choice of operative method and accurate design can effectively improve the chin asymmetry deformity in hemifacial microsomia.更多还原
