【摘要】 目的探讨心脉隆注射液联合芪红胶囊对难治性心力衰竭病人中医临床证候疗效、6min步行距离以及明尼苏达生活质量(MLHF)评分的影响。方法将100例难治性心力衰竭病人随机分成两组,每组50例。对照组行常规抗心力衰竭治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用心脉隆注射液联合芪红胶囊治疗,疗程为8周。治疗前后观察两组中医证候积分、Lee氏心衰计分、左心室射血分数、血浆B型钠尿肽(BNP)含量、6min步行距离以及MLHF评分的变化。结果与治疗前比较,两组治疗后血浆BNP含量有所减少,左心室射血分数有所增加(P<0.05);两组治疗后血浆BNP含量、LVEF差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与治疗前比较,两组治疗后6min步行距离、MLHF评分均显著增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);与对照组治疗后比较,治疗组6 min步行距离、MLHF评分较对照组均显著增加(P<0.05);中医证候积分、Lee氏心衰计分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心脉隆注射液联合芪红胶囊能够改善难治性心衰病人中医临床症状,提高病人运动耐力和生存质量,可以作为难治性心衰的有效辅助药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To research the clinical effects of Xinmailong injection(XMLI)and Qihong capsule(QHC)in the treatment of refractory heart failure(RHF).Methods One hundred patients with RHF were randomly divided into control group(50 cases)of conventional treatment and the study group(50 cases)on the basis of conventional treatment combined with Xinmailong injection and Qihong capsule.The scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,heart failure of the Lee and MLHF,plasma BNP levels,LVEF and6 minutes walk distance in control group and study group eights week before and after treatment were compared.Results After 8 weeks compared with before treatment in two groups,plasma BNP levels was decreased(P <0.05),LVEF was increased(P <0.05),6 minutes walking distance of patients and MLHF score were significantly increased compared(P <0.01).After 8 weeks,plasma BNP levels and LVEF of study group were not changed than control group(P >0.05).Six minutes walking distance of patients and MLHF score in study group were significantly increased compared with control group(P <0.05).The scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome and heart failure of the Lee in study group were significantly increased compared with control group(P <0.05).Conclusion XMLI and QHC can improve statistically clinical syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine and the quality of the exercise tolerance and survival in patients with RHF.It can be used as the effective auxiliary treatment of refractory heart failure.更多还原
