【摘要】 目的探讨麻葛丹仲饮对原发性高血压伴腔隙性脑梗死病人同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、D-二聚体(D-D)的影响。方法将60例原发性高血压伴腔隙性脑梗死(阳亢血瘀型)病人随机分为麻葛丹仲饮+氨氯地平(络活喜)治疗(治疗组)和络活喜+叶酸治疗(对照组),每组30例。观察病人服药8周前后临床症状、血压、血清Hcy和血浆D-D的变化。结果治疗后,治疗组病人临床症状评分改善优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);血压降低与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后血清Hcy和血浆D-D水平较治疗前明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);但治疗组降低血浆D-D水平更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组间治疗后血清Hcy比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论麻葛丹仲饮可改善阳亢血瘀型原发性高血压伴腔隙性脑梗死病人临床症状和Hcy、D-D水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the influence of MaGe Danzhong decoction(MDD)on homocysteine and D-dimer(D-D)in essential hypertensive(EH)patients with lacunar infarction.Methods Sixty EH patients with lacunar infarction and yang hyperactivity and blood stasis syndrome were divided into two groups:control group(n =30)treated with norvasc and folic acid tablets,and treatment group(n =30)treated with MDD and norvasc for 8 weeks.The levels of clinical symptoms,blood press,plasma homocysteine(Hcy)and D-D were observed.Results After treatment,the improvement of clinical symptoms in treatment group was better than that in control group(P <0.05).The levels of plasma Hcy and D-D were decreased after treatment in two groups(P <0.01).The level of plasma D-D was lower than that in control group(P <0.05).Conclusion MDD can improve clinical symptoms,the levels of plasma Hcy and D-D in EH patients with lacunar infarction.更多还原
