【摘要】 目的观察脐血干细胞移植移后脑卒中后遗症病人康复疗效及血液神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、神经营养因子(NGF)的变化。方法将符合纳入标准的脑卒中后遗症病人60例,按随机方法分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。治疗组采用脐血干细胞联合常规康复治疗,对照组单独采用常规康复治疗。观察治疗1月后,Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分及外周血NSE、NGF水平变化。结果两组病人治疗1月后,治疗组Fugl-Meyer评分较对照组明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组病人血液NSE浓度变化不明显,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),NGF浓度治疗组较对照组明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脐血干细胞移植治疗脑卒中后遗症病人有良好疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of umbilical cord blood( UCB) stem cells transplantation on rehabilitation,and the levels of neuronspecific enolase( NSE) and nerve growth factor( NGF) in patients with stroke sequela. Methods Sixty patients with stroke sequela were randomly divided into two groups: The control group(n = 30) treated with routine rehabilitation treatment,and the treatment group(n = 30)treated with UCB stem cells transplantation plus routine rehabilitation treatment. After one month of treatment,the Fugl-Meyer motor function score and the levels of peripheral blood NSE,NGF were observed. Results After one month treatment,the Fugl- Meyer score in treatment group was higher than that in control group(P < 0. 05). The NGF concentration in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion UCB stem cells transplantation has effect on stroke sequela.更多还原
