【摘要】 一例67岁患者因肾病综合征给予青藤碱缓释片、托拉塞米片、包醛氧淀粉、ɑ-酮酸、螺内酯半月余,出现全身皮肤红肿,可见弥漫性皮疹,以颜面部皮肤为重,考虑为青藤碱缓释片所致不良反应可能性大。停用青藤碱缓释片,并通过积极排毒、抗过敏、利尿脱水对症支持治疗7天后,患者皮疹全部消退。更多还原

【Abstract】 A series of symptoms such as systemic skin redness and swelling as well as diffuse rash, mainly involving the facial skin, appeared in a 67-year-old woman with nephrotic syndrome after treatment with sustained-release sinomenine tablet, torasemide tablet, coated aldehyde oxygen starch, ɑ-ketonic acid and spironolactone for more than 15 d, which were considered as the adverse reactions caused by sustained-release sinomenine tablet. All the rashes subsided after withdrawal of the drug as well as active detoxification, anti-allergic, diuretic dehydration symptomatic and supportive treatment for 7 d.更多还原
