【摘要】 目的探究卵子玻璃化冷冻与患者妊娠结局的相关性。方法选取2012年2月到2015年10月在我院进行卵子玻璃化冻融后行卵母细胞质内单精子注射的患者,根据是否冷冻分为冷冻组和对照组,观察两组患者临床妊娠率。结果对比冷冻组与对照组受精率和流产率情况,结果无明显差异,P>0.05,但冷冻组卵裂率、优质胚胎率以及临床妊娠率均显著低于对照组,P<0.05。对比冷冻组中持续妊娠患者和自然流产患者受精率、卵裂率以及优质胚胎率情况,结果无明显差异,P>0.05。结论卵子玻璃化冷冻会在一定程度上降低患者的临床妊娠率,但不会引起自然流产风险的增加。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the correlation between the vitrification of eggs and the pregnancy outcome of the patients. Methods:Selected from February 2012 to October 2015 in our hospital for oocyte vitrification thawing underwent oocyte cytoplasm of intracytoplasmic sperm injection for patients,according to the freezing points into the frozen group and the control group,observed two groups of patients with clinical pregnancy rate. Results:Comparison of the frozen group and the control group fertilization rate and abortion rate. The results showed that no significant difference(P > 0.05),but frozen group cleavage rate,high quality embryo rate and clinical pregnancy rate were significantly lower than control group,P < 0.05. Comparison of frozen group in ongoing pregnancy patients and patients with spontaneous abortion fertilization rate,cleavage rate,high quality embryo rate. The results showed that no significant difference(P > 0.05). Conclusion:Egg vitrification will reduce the patient′s clinical pregnancy rate to a certain extent,but it will not cause the increase in the risk of spontaneous abortion.更多还原
