【摘要】 目的探讨中老年人体质量指数与高血压发生的关系及其遗传方式。方法标准法测量并计算456名中老年人的身高、血压、体质量指数,按不同分组,分析高血压患病情况及其遗传方式。结果男性肥胖组(BMI≥25)的高血压患病率(48.21%),明显高于正常组(BMI18.5~24.9,29.32%);女性肥胖组患病率(52.38%)明显高于BMI正常组(29.75%)。遗传方式应为多基因遗传。结论肥胖是影响高血压患病率的重要因素,高血压的发生与遗传和环境都有关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study mode of inheritance and the relationship between BMI and the prevalence rate of hypertension. Methods:Mode of inheritance was analysed and the weight,blood pressue and height of 456 people were measured with standardized methods.The investigated people were grouped by age,sex and BMI. Results:For male,the prevalence rate(48.21%)of hypertension for the obesity group(BMI≥25)was obviously higher than the normal group(29.32%),the prevalence rate of hypertension obesity group(52.38%)was obviously higher than that of the normal group(29.75%)for female.Mode of inheritance was polygenic inheritance. Conclusion:Obesity is an important factor resulting in hypertension.There is relationship between hypertension and heredity and environment.更多还原
