【摘要】 目的探讨精子核DNA碎片率与精液相关参数的关系。方法采用精子核染色体结构检测(SCSA)方法对武汉大学人民医院生殖中心400例接受试管助孕治疗的男性进行精子核DNA碎片率(DFI)检测,按精子核DNA碎片率结果分DFI<15%(A组)、15%≤DFI<30%(B组)、DFI≥30%(C组),同时按照WHO第五版标准进行精液常规分析,对DFI与精子畸形率、精子密度和前向运动精子活率的关系进行分析。结果精子密度与DFI无明显相关性,前向运动精子百分率与DFI有显著负相关关系,前向运动精子百分率随着DFI升高而显著降低,A组与C组、B组与C组有显著性差异,同时精子畸形率与DFI有正相关关系。结论精子核DNA碎片率影响前向运动精子百分率和精子活力,可作为判断精子质量的可靠指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the relationship between sperm DNA fragmentation index(DFI)and sperm parameters. Methods:semen specimens were collected from 400 male patients in our center,Sperm chromatin structure assay(SCSA)was used to detect sperm DNA fragmentation index,they are divided into three groups upon results of DFI:DFI<15%(Group A),15%≤DFI<30%(Group B),DFI≥30%(Group C). Routine semen analysis was conducted according to the fifth edition of WHO standard. The correlation between DFI and normal sperm morphology rate,sperm motility,Sperm density was analyzed. Results:Sperm density has no significant correlation with the DFI;Compared with group A,progressive motility sperm rate(PR%)were reduced in group B and group C;The percentage of normal morphology sperm rate gradually decreased with the increasing of DFI.Conclusion:sperm DNA fragmentation index has impact on progressive motility sperm rate and normal sperm morphology rate.更多还原
