【摘要】 目的评价热毒宁注射液治疗登革热(普通型)住院患者的有效性和安全性。方法总计143位登革热(普通型)住院患者纳入研究,随机分为对照组和试验组,对照组接受对症治疗,试验组在对症治疗基础上使用热毒宁注射液。研究主要终点为患者发热缓解时间、治疗1周内血白细胞与血小板恢复正常率和治疗1周内疾病痊愈率。结果试验组发热缓解时间显著短于对照组(P<0.0001),治疗1周内试验组血白细胞和血小板恢复正常率明显高于对照组(P<0.0001),治疗1周内疾病痊愈率试验组明显高于对照组(P<0.0001)。结论热毒宁注射液在对症治疗基础上治疗普通型登革热具有较好疗效,特别是退热效果具有明显优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Reduning Injection in the treatment of common type dengue fever in-patients. Methods A total of 143 common type dengue fever in-patients were enrolled into the study,and were randomly assigned to control group and treatment group. Both groups received symptomatic treatment,and the treatment group was given Reduning injection additionally. The primary outcomes included fever-relieving time,rate of white blood cells(WBC)and platelets recovering to normal within one treatment week,and cure rate of the disease within one treatment week. Results The average fever-relieving time in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P < 0.0001),and the rate of WBC and platelets recovering to normal as well as the cure rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.0001). Conclusion Reduning injection exerts satisfactory efficacy in the treatment of common type of dengue fever based on the symptomatic treatment,in particular on subsiding fever.更多还原
