【Abstract】 Atopic dermatitis is the most common chronic inflammatory skin disease that predominantly affects children,characterized by relapsing and remitting course. Key point of AD treatment is long-term management and topical anti-inflammatory medications remain the mainstay of AD flare treatment. Through decades’ surveillance and according to many RCTs,it is demonstrated that topical calcineurin inhibitors( TCIs) as the first non-steroids anti-inflammatory topicalsmay be considered as a true breakthrough inconventional topical corticosteroids( TCs) therapy. TCIs are indicated for the use in patients recalcitrant to TCs,of sensitive areas and for long-term use in proactive maintenance therapy because of its highly valuable efficacy and safety.更多还原
