【摘要】 特应性皮炎(atopic dermatitis,AD)的发病机制较为复杂,目前仍未明确。AD的发病涉及到遗传、免疫、皮肤屏障和感染等多个方面,与之密切相关的细胞除T淋巴细胞、角质形成细胞之外,肥大细胞(mast cell,MC)在AD的作用越来越受到人们的关注。文中从介绍MC的特点、MC活化及释放介质在AD发病中作用、MC在AD瘙痒中的作用以及MC与其他炎症细胞的相互作用几方面来论述MC在AD发病机制中的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The pathogenesis of atopic dermatitis( AD) is complicated and remained clear at present. The onset of AD include multiple aspects of heredity,immunity,skin barrier and infection. In addition to the T lymphocyte and keratinocyte,the mast cell( MC) is also closely related to AD hasreceived a considerable attention by researches. This pa-perwill focus on several aspects including the characteristics of the MC,the pathogenesisof MC activation andmediators in AD,the role of MC in AD pruritus and the interaction of MC and other inflammatory cells,to illustrate the role of MC in the pathogenesis of AD.更多还原
