【摘要】 目的:研究AMG-1腹腔注射戊四唑(PTZ)后诱导小鼠点燃急性癫痫模型的保护效应。方法:通过PTZ促使小鼠患急性癫痫,制造癫痫模型,分别对小鼠癫痫发作强直性惊厥率的变化、潜伏期进行记录,分析AMG-1对小鼠PTZ致痫抗病的理论机制。结果:AMG-1对小鼠PTZ急性癫痫的发作级别、潜伏期、全身强直-阵挛发作持续时间等均有显著抑制作用。结论:AMG-1在PTZ诱发的小鼠急性癫痫有随剂量依赖的干扰、抑制效应。AMG-1可能作为抗癫痫的新型药物,该研究为癫痫的治疗提供了新的观点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the antagonism of AMG- 1 against pentylenetetrazol( PTZ) inducing acute kindled seizure. Methods: Acute PTZ inducing kindled models were established in mice. Investigate the effect of AMG- 1 on PTZ kindled- sizures. Results: AMG- 1 could significantly decrease the seizure score of PTZ inducing kindled seizure dose- dependently. AMG- 1 could significantly suppress the development of PTZ induced seizures in seizure stage,seizure latency and tonic convulsion rate. Conclusion: The results suggest that AMG- 1 has the dose- dependent antagonism against PTZ- kindled in mice.更多还原
