【摘要】 目的:观察升麻水提物及其不同萃取成分对胃肠动力的影响,探索升麻治疗胃肠动力疾病的机制。方法:采用小鼠在体实验,测量升麻水提物及其不同萃取成分对正常小鼠胃排空、肠推进的影响,并采用腹泻指数作为指标观察升麻及其萃取物对番泻叶引起的小鼠腹泻的改善情况。结果:升麻水提物及其氯仿萃取部分可抑制腹泻小鼠模型的总排便数、稀便数、稀便率和腹泻指数,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。升麻水提物及其不同萃取成分对正常小鼠的胃排空和小肠推进率的影响无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:升麻水提物能够减轻番泻叶引起的小鼠腹泻程度,其主要有效成分存在于其氯仿萃取物中。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of Cimicifuga foetida and its different extraction components on gastrointestinal dynamics,and to explore the mechanism of C. foetida in the treatment of gastrointestinal diseases. Methods: Measure water extracts of C. foetida and its different extraction parts on gastric emptying and intestinal propulsion of normal mice; observe the improvement of C. foetida and its different extraction components to the diarrhea index of the mice with diarrhea caused by senna. Results: The water extracts of C. foetida and its chloroform extraction could inhibit the number of defecation,the number of loose stools,the rate of loose stools and the diarrhea index of mice models with diarrhea significantly( P < 0. 05); the difference of C. foetida and its different extraction components that influence on the gastric emptying and small intestinal propulsion of normal mice was not significant( P > 0. 05). Conclusion: The water extracts of C. foetida can reduce diarrhea caused by senna,and its effective part consists in chloroform fraction.更多还原
