【摘要】 目的了解四川省基本公共卫生服务项目进展情况及取得的成效,为进一步推进项目工作提供科学依据。方法通过多级分层抽样法,选择12个基层医疗卫生机构,调查其完成基本公共卫生服务项目的各项指标情况,进行统计学分析。结果四川省基本公共卫生服务项目相关指标目标完成率为65.15%,服务对象满意率94.40%,但各基层医疗卫生机构间完成情况有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论四川省基本公共卫生服务项目工作取得较好成绩,今后要进一步加大重视,提高服务能力,提高项目工作质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To learn about the progress of basic public health service project in Sichuan province,and to provide basis for further work of the project. Methods Multi-stage stratified sampling method was adopted to select 12 community health service centers and central hospitals. The index of the progress of the project was investigated and analyzed statistically.Results The completion of basic public health service project in Sichuan province was 65. 15%.The satisfaction rate of the project was 94. 40%,yet the completion in each community health service centers or central hospitals was statistically different( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The basic public health service project makes a great achievement in Sichuan province. Additionally,further attention should be put on.
