滤白冷沉淀在改善肿瘤患者凝血功能异常中的应用价值

【摘要】 目的探讨滤白冷沉淀在改善肿瘤患者凝血功能异常中的应用价值。方法选取2014年1月至2016年6月大连市血液中心收治的80例肿瘤患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各40例。两组患者均行手术治疗,对照组患者术中根据失血量输入胶体、去白悬浮红细胞、去白新鲜冰冻血浆、晶体,术后给予常规治疗;观察组患者输入滤白冷沉淀。比较两组患者手术前后凝血指标改善情况、手术时间、出血量。结果术后8 h,观察组患者的凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、D-二聚体均明显低于对照组,Fib明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组患者术中出血量、术后24 h出血量均明显少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论在肿瘤患者手术中输入滤白冷沉淀可促进止血,减少术后出血风险。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application value of filtering the white cold precipitation in improving the abnormal coagulation function in patients with tumor.Methods From January 2014 to June 2016,80 cases of cancer patients in the blood center of Dalian city were selected as the research object.According to the random number table method,it was divided into two groups,the control group and the observation group,each of 40 cases.Two groups of patients underwent surgical treatment in patients of the control group according to the blood loss,go to the white input colloidal suspension red blood cells,white crystal,fresh frozen plasma,postoperative patients in the observation group were given routine treatment;the input filter white cryoprecipitate.Compared with two groups of patients before and after surgery to improve blood coagulation index,operation time,blood loss.Results After 8 h,the observation group of patients with prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),thrombin time(TT),two D- dimer were significantly lower than the control group, Fib was significantly higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);observation group of intraoperative bleeding,after 24 h the amount of bleeding was significantly less than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During the operation of the tumor patients,the input filter of the filter could promote the hemostasis and reduce the risk of bleeding after operation.
