【摘要】 目的探讨内镜下激光睫状体光凝术(ECP)治疗人工晶体术后继发青光眼患者的临床疗效。方法选取2014年5月至2015年3月辽宁省朝阳市中心医院收治的25例(25眼)人工晶体术后继发青光眼患者作为研究对象,所有患者均行ECP,术后随访24个月,观察患者术后治疗效果和并发症发生情况。结果术后1周患者眼压为(17.2±2.3)mm Hg,明显低于术前的(28±3)mm Hg,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后24个月患者眼压为(16.3±1.2)mm Hg,明显低于术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后24个月,患者视力≥0.05率明显高于术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 ECP能有效降低人工晶体植入术后继发青光眼患者的眼压,提高视力,且并发症发生率低,是一种安全有效的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate clinical effect of endoscopic laser photocoagulation for the treatment of secondary glaucoma after intraocular lens implantation.Methods From March 2015 to May 2014,25 cases(25 eyes) were selected as the research object,and all patients were followed up for 24 months after surgery,the treatment effect and complications were observed after months.Results 1 week after IOP was(17.2±2.3)mm Hg,significantly lower(28±3)mm Hg before surgery,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after 24 months for patients with IOP(16.3±1.2)mm Hg,significantly lower than the surgery,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after 24 months,≥0.05 visual acuity was significantly higher than the preoperative,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions ECP can effectively reduce the intraocular pressure,improve vision,and it is a safe and effective method to improve the visual acuity and the incidence of complications.更多还原
