【摘要】 目的探讨奥氮平治疗精神病性障碍患者的临床效果。方法选取2013年12月至2014年12月辽宁沈阳市精神卫生中心收治的80例精神病性障碍患者作为研究对象,按入院时间顺序将其分为研究组和对照组,各40例。对照组患者给予常规治疗,研究组患者在对照组基础上口服奥氮平,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果研究组患者的总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用奥氮平治疗精神病性障碍临床治疗效果明显,可改善患者的精神症状,促进其早日康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of olanzapine in the treatment of patients with psychosis. Methods From December 2013 to December 2014,80 patients with psychotic disorders in Shenyang,Liaoning,were selected as the research object,according to the order of admission,the study group and the control group,40 cases. The control group were given routine treatment,patients in the study group in the control group on the basis of oral olanzapine,compared two groups of patients with therapeutic effect.Results The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Application of olanzapine for the treatment of psychotic disorder clinical treatment effect is obvious,and it can improve psychiatric symptoms and promote their speedy recovery.更多还原
