利用秀丽线虫评价4种食药用菌水提物抗氧化活性
Evaluation of Antioxidant Activities of Four Edible/Medicinal Mushroom Water Extracts Using Caenorhabditis elegans
【摘要】 利用秀丽线虫为模型对桦褐孔菌、灵芝、云芝、灰树花水提物进行抗氧化活性评价。结果表明:桦褐孔菌水提物最佳抗氧化浓度为0.2 mg/m L,线虫平均寿命为7.84 d,比对照组延长了1.17倍;灵芝、云芝和灰树花水提物最佳抗氧化浓度均为1.0 mg/m L,线虫平均寿命分别为8.84 d、6.75 d、5.98 d,比对照组分别延长0.92倍、1.08倍和1.20倍。研究结果为这些食药用菌的开发提供有用的参考依据。
【Abstract】 Evaluation of antioxidant activities of four edible/medicinal mushroom water extracts was performed using Caenorhabditis elegans. The results showed that the best concentration of water extact of Inonotus obliquus was 0. 2 mg/m L,with mean lifespan at 7. 84 d,1. 17 folds longer than CK. The optimized concentrations were all at 1. 0 mg/m L for Ganoderma lucidum,Coriolus versiclor and Grifola frondosa. The mean lifespans were 8. 84 d,6. 75 d and 5. 98 d,respectively,92%,108% and 120% longer than CK. The findings could provide useful reference for further exploration of these mushrooms.
