【Abstract】 Quality improvement for the management team of democratic parties is the basis for competency improvement.Clearly defining the objectives for such quality improvement is not only the specific requirement for the democratic parties to perform their roles,but also the benchmark for democratic parties to achieve through self- construction.The objectives for quality improvement shall be defined in accordance with the economic and political system in contemporary China,current situation of the democratic parties and objective requirements for future development in China.The achievement of the quality improvement objectives requires not only efforts of the democratic parties and their management teams,but also support and assistance from the CPC Committees at all levels,so as to give play to the integral roles of multi- party cooperation.更多还原
