祛白颗粒中当归挥发油、丹皮酚提取及包合工艺的研究

【摘要】 目的:优选祛白颗粒中当归挥发油及丹皮酚的最佳提取和包合工艺。方法:用正交试验设计方法,以挥发油体积为挥发油提取指标,丹皮酚重量为丹皮酚提取指标,包合物收率、挥发油利用率、丹皮酚利用率为包合工艺考察指标进行考察。结果:当归挥发油的最佳提取工艺为:加水量为药材重量的10倍,浸泡1 h(50℃),提取5 h。丹皮酚的最佳提取工艺为:加水量为药材重量的10倍,浸泡0.5h(40℃),提取4 h。包合的最佳工艺为:加入的环糊精为挥发性成分重量的10倍,在50℃下包合2 h。结论:该方法简便,可行。

【Abstract】 Objective:To optimize the extraction and inclusion technology of angelicanaphtha and paeonol in Qubai granule.Methods:An orthogonal experiment design was used with volatile oil volume and paeonol weight as the extraction indicators,and the recovery rate of inclusion compound,use rate of volatile oil and use rate of paeonol as the investigation indices.Results:The optimum extraction technology of angelicanaphtha was as follows:adding 10-fold amount of water and extracting for 5 h after one-hour soaking(50℃); the optimum extraction technology of paeonol was as follows:adding 10-fold amount of water and extracting for 4 h after soaking for half an hour(40℃); the optimum extraction technology of inclusion was as follows:adding 10-fold amount of cyclodextrin of volatile component weight and including for 2 h(50℃).Conclusion:The method is simple and feasible.
